DolceVita carries on the tradition of Cafe Procope in Paris where gelato was first sold to the public in 1686.
More isn't always better. Gelato is less solidly frozen than ice cream, has a lower serving temperature than ice cream, and no added air like ice cream has, which all translate into immediate flavor gratification for your taste buds!
Speaking of flavor, how does fresh banana, deep rich chocolate, tropical mango, smooth vanilla, and decadent cream caramel and peanut peanut butter? These are just a few of the yummy flavors we have to choose from. Other flavors include pineapple, lime, strawberry, kisskiss, hazelnut, pistachio, ginger and coconut.
DolceVita Gelato contains absolutely nothing artificial. Our only flavor enhancers are fresh fruit, crunchy nuts, real chocolate, rich milk and cream.
